Dong Energy has blown 35 unexploded objects from World War II
Dong Energy has blown 35 unexploded objects from World War II in connection with processed to its Race Bank offshore wind farm at the English east coast.
High explosives, bombs of 500 kg and small rockets were among the surprising 40 findings that were found during the inspection of Race Bank site
Dong energy in 2018 will begin operation of it's new offshore in the English east coast and therefore they unexplode objects (UXO) rupture or remove.

Storms and floods unearth unexploded wartime bombs
Thanks to the unremitting storms and wild weather that have hit the UK since mid-December there has been a dramatic increase in the number of UXO unearthed including unexploded shells, bombs and mines. Bomb disposal teams in the South West have dealt with double the number of unexploded ordnance than in the same period last year.

CIRIA operates across market sectors and disciplines. It delivers a programme of business improvement services and research activities for its members and those engaged with the delivery and operation of the built environment through collaborative working. CIRIA is an independent member-based not-for-profit organisation.
Assessment and management of unexploded ordnance (UXO) risk in the marine environment (P2833)
The Crown Estate published a document in 2010, mainly for dredging and marine aggregate operators, to manage UXO risk associated with dredging munitions. However, little guidance exists for those people involved in other marine activities such as offshore wind farms, cable, and pipe laying activities in regards to assessing and managing UXO risk.

Removing Unexploded Weapons of War – An insurer's view
